Asteya Class Formats
power fusion 1, 2 & 3
Power Fusion is Vinyasa flow, aimed at introducing you to the idea of a breath to movement flow. Each teacher has creative freedom to sequence the class. You will be challenged in a way that feels invigorating and empowering. We offer 3 different levels for you to explore your practice, and continue to grow. Temperate for level 1 is around 85 degrees, level 2&3 is between 94-99 degrees.
hot flow fusion
Hot Flow Fusion is our studio’s only set sequence and is also the warmest at about 104 degrees. With the same sequence for every class, it is an opportunity to feel your practice expand and develop as you consistently work on the same postures. This Bikram-style format will strengthen your lower body, challenge your balance and raise your heart rate. Some of our Hot Flow classes include an additional 15 minute meditation during savasana!
sculpt fusion
Sculpt Fusion is yoga incorporated with weights and cardio, a HIIT type experience, encouraging you to push past your barriers physically, so that you are able to dig deeper and fuel your soul. Sculpt Fusion is heated to about 80-85 degrees.
barre fusion
This class adds elements of barre, cardio, strength training, and Pilates in a high intensity, low-impact format. Each class combines different movements to help challenge your core and work on flexibility, while lengthening and strengthening the muscles in your body. Barre fusion is unheated.
FIT functional strength training
A circuit based strength training class dedicated to improving overall fitness and health through the commitment to movement quality, strength, and education. Asteya Fit coaches strive to improve clients’ strength, mobility, and coordination through a well balanced program geared towards progression and longevity.
FIT bootcamp
A dynamic circuit based training workout. With timed intervals, cardio bursts, heavy weights, and expert coaching, be prepared to be pushed to your limits and beyond. You will move throughout the class to multiple stations quickly, which will allow for your heart rate to stay elevated and burn the most amount of calories. Come ready to sweat!
kids yoga
Our kids yoga + empowerment program creates a sense of belonging and community paired with movement and mindfulness. We focus on 5 points of empowerment: gratitude, affirmations, breath, movement, and stillness. Kids Yoga is held every Tuesday + Thursday from 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm, every Saturday 9 am - 11 am. Special Kids Yoga camps available over Summer and Winter Breaks.
pre / post natal yoga
Our pre + post natal yoga classes are designed to support strength and flexibility during your pre or post natal journey. In this unheated class, we focus on gentle stretches and postures to work on joint mobility and muscle tone as well as relaxation techniques with the breath.
pre / post natal strength training
Safely build strength and stay active with classes designed to support you throughout your pre and postnatal fitness journey. Our pre + post natal strength training classes allow you to enjoy a full 60 minute workout without worrying if the exercises are safe during this season of your life. In these unheated classes, we open and stretch the body in the beginning of class before focusing on weight training to keep your arms, legs, glutes and back strong and healthy. With an emphasis on pelvic floor health and then a relaxing cool down - this class is the perfect option for you to stay active, strong and safe during your pre and post natal journey.
